Lots of bed bugs from pillows especially. My wife said she saw a kind of ghost on the floor.

Beds were good. Location poor, very noisey.

Paid NZ $175 for one night as was close to the hospital. Way overpriced. The place is obviously used for social housing, beware. The door looked like it had been forced. The sink was stained red. The outside wall must be paper thin you could hear everything. Absolute rip off

It was a large 2 bedroom apartment 5 min walk from the hospital. Slept 4 of us very well. Yes, it is old and dated but definitely value for money. The bed was extremely comfy....we had a great sleep!!

The shower was an issue. You had to step "up" into it!

A 3 minute walk from the hospital. Spacious rooms that were fresh with a high standard of cleanliness. Very good value. But best of all amazing staff. Glenda was amazing to deal with. Always available, very kind and comforting at a difficult time for us. She went beyond customer service she was an angel with a big heart. Thank you for your care. Highly recommend to stay here 👌

Looked dirty, especially the sink and shower room floor. Didn't even take a shower because of this. Glad I didn't because there was no hairdryer. Lots of little damage that seemed to have been there for a long time. If someone needs to be close to the hospital then this is a good location. However, there is no insulation or noise-reducing attempts; the helicopter pad is basically across the street. I could clearly see the whole helicopter from the front window and hear it coming, going and landing from inside the room (it's really loud).

Spotlessly clean with pristine linens - comfy beds - all the facilities we needed. Very friendly and competent service.

The place is old and a little shabby but the lower price reflects that. Happy to have a cheap option that's not as flash as the costlier motels. The only thing missing was milk in the fridge but there's a dairy close by.
