Easy check in, perfect size, love having a garden for the dogs. Warm, cosy and has everything you need.

Limited parking, we could not park at 1st until someone left. And then we worried that when we went to the supermarket we would not be able to park on return.

This is a horrible place!!! I have been cheated out of my money and I demand a refund! It is a back yard of a council house with dogs yapping next door!!! It is disgusting and dirty! I ended up in a hotel accommodation and I did not spend more than 10 minutes in this shabby horrible shed with pubic hair in bed, dirty sheet, broken window, dirty shower and toilet!! In response to my complaint the owner Ben showed shocking attitude towards me as if I was fishing for a refund!!! This is a horrible place and believe you me, it caused me and my family great deal of distress! I had to book an alternative accommodation at the financial loss!! I do not take pleasure from complaining! He stated that he pays professional cleaners to do the job- well pictures speak for themselves!! you better pay someone who ACTUALLY Cleans this place! Absolutely disqusting attitude from Ben showing no respect to anyone! A real CHEAT!

Ben was friendly and very helpful

The fold out bed was uncomfortable even with bot matress toppers

Key collection was very smooth. Host Ben was kind with very good communication. The inside and outside space was large and very clean. Quiet with excellent leisure facilities eg tv, pool table, etc.

Bathroom light was not working well, but well enough to see

Fantastic little hide away un plain site for a few days. Perfect for families and there is nothing else required that was not provided. Good communication before (during if required) and after. Recommended and would certainly stay again if we return to the area for any reason.

The bed mattress is well used. The bed is framed so at 6"3 it was difficult to sleep as I was too tall for the frame.... Not a fault of the owner (they can't help that I'm too tall) but it just hindered my personal visit slightly. (My 5"4 wife was fine though) 🤣

Local area was very pleasant with woodland walks and pubs, property had a nice seating area to one size and reasonably large social area. Parking was plentiful in the adjoining cul de sav

Access to the property was a bit strange via another property’s garden with the barn located in this garden although you did have a private seating area to one side.
