Vy and staff were very accommodating with our needs. Super responsive and checked in daily. We requested for 2 bikes for a morning ride and it was provided quickly. The coffee at Nep restaurant is delicious as well. Pool and lounge area was most definitely our favourite spot. Very happy with the rooms and size. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing we didn't like. Enjoyed our stay very much! Note: there are no towels provided at the pool when we were there but when I requested with Vy, she accommodated very quickly.
