Massimo was an amazing host, the apartment was perfect and very clean, and the location worked great for our stay. The Metro station is right around the corner which makes getting around very convenient.

Having to put down a cash deposit and then coordinate for it's return with the host prior to departure. To be fair, it was noted in the booking terms just prior to final confirmation (after I checked afterwards) but I've never had to provide a deposit on Booking and it adds an inconvenience to the check-out process. The deposit should be eliminated or be accepted by credit card or another electronic means that can be refunded without a scheduled meeting with the host. Lastly, we were never left waiting for the host. He was there promptly at the time we agreed upon to depart so it didn't delay us. However, it made us feel like we were on an unnecessary schedule.
