Absence de confiance. Elle demande une caution alors que la réservation a été faite sur booking. Relationnel avec le client très compliqué.
FRMaison familial et situé dans un quartier malais avec des locaux. Un jardin à proximité avec qui les enfants se sont très bien entendu.
Les relances incessants sur la caution et le manque de confiance manifeste sur nous. Fait payer un supplément si on sort après 12h.
