The place is very nice, cozy, and offers all the necessary amenities, including good Wi-Fi. The bus station is just outside on the main road, and a COOP is a 5-minute walk away.

We have stayed before and were keen to return as it is so convenient for attractions in Cheshire. We love the area and find the Annexe is ideally situated near major shopping centres and its easy to drive around the area. The unit is very clean, has a very functional kitchen (lovely to have decent saucepans and knives to cook with) and plenty of space). There's always some little goodies and a plentiful supply of tea and coffee. Off road parking a real bonus. We recommend Bramall Hall, an underrated little gem and this time we visited Elizabeth Gaskell's House in Manchester, a must if you like Victorian literature. Wonderful guides. We always visit the gardens of Biddulph Grange which are spectacular and Lyme Park is a wonderful day out.

The only thing I would recommend is to time your arrival and departure away from school times in school term time as it is near a busy school. It isn't really an issue as there is off road parking but there are a lot of people and cars around at these times. Everything else about the Annexe far outweighs a few Mums in their cars.

I didn't have breakfast, but the location was perfect for me. Quiet area and the landlady was very kind and helpful. The appartment had more than I needed available. I felt very comfortable there.

This accommodation is so lovely. Compact & very comfortable. Very conveniently located for what we required. The off street parking is a bonus. The hosts are very friendly. Fresh danishes, milk, cookies & breakfast cereals were a lovely touch.

Compact, clean and modern facility. Host communicated well and very approachable . Appreciated the milk and breakfast cereals as well as croissant when we arrived! Very well equipped .
