The air conditioning was not working in the main bedroom and we were very uncomfortable because of the heat.We television had no signal

The estate is always amazing, we visit twice a year since 2021, always great

The villa did not meet acceptable standards for a holiday stay. 1. Cleanliness: The villa was not properly cleaned on arrival. Dishes stored in the cupboards were dirty, with cups containing old coffee residue and teaspoons still soiled with dried food. It was evident that the unit had not been adequately prepared for guests. On the first day of our holiday, we had to purchase detergents and clean the villa ourselves, which was both inconvenient and disappointing. 2. Air Conditioning: The air-conditioning unit was not functional. We were advised that it would be repaired by Wednesday; however, this did not happen before our departure. 3. Pest Issues: The villa had bugs, which further impacted the comfort of our stay. 4. Basic Supplies: There was no toilet paper provided on arrival, requiring us to purchase our own. 5. Towels: There were insufficient towels for four guests, resulting in the need to reuse the same towels throughout the stay. We have stayed in various other villas within the estate and have been visiting San Lameer twice a year since 2021. This is the first time we have experienced such a poor level of service and accommodation standards.

Very comfortable, clean and safe.

Water in geyser gets cold very fast, especially at night.
