GBThe location - we were working backstage at Download Festival sp location was perfect. The house is clean and has all amenities.
The rooms have no curtains, only blinds, the 4th bedroom is on the bottom floor at the front of the house and the gaps in the blinds made the room unusable as anyone walking past can see straight through into the bedroom. We had to share the upstairs bedrooms as there was 4 of us. The next door neighbour came out to speak to us when we were arriving home on the first night to ask us to keep the noise down the following morning as they had viewings on their property. We hadn't made any noise and were just arriving, the lady said the walls are like paper and she can hear ehery word in the house, It was a very strange encounter, given that we had just arrived and were staying purely for work yet the neighbour was so worried aboit the nouse, I'd say the house would be unsuitable for more noisy guests or those with children etc.

GBGBHouse was Spotlessly clean , in great location for town and bars and access for a38. off street parking , TV in all rooms , great for teenagers , fully equipped kitchen with welcome pack , we really appreciated the milk as we forgot . Bathrooms had all toiletries , it was perfect for the weekend .
No negatives at all , but some observations that may help others . I struggled getting my chunky car between the posts on the car port , probably just my parking - we had 2 cars and there are weekday time limits on the street for the 2nd car so be aware . ,The electric key code is fantastic , however I left my phone inside which was only place I had the code. So make a note of the code somewhere safe . !! Host was amazing and helped me get back in- These are not negatives just some advice for other guests
GBThe owners were very accommodating and attentive. We had a party of 4 adults, who all enjoyed their stay.
We had 2 cars. There is parking for 1 on the drive, but because of the parking restrictions on the street, it meant parking the 2nd one in the next street with limited space.
GBThe house was really beautifully decorated and furnished. We had all the appliances and facilities needed and everything was in perfect condition. The host was fantastic and responded very quickly to any messages. Perfect location within walking distance to shops, restaurants and pubs. Lovely and quiet neighborhood.

GBGBThe house is fantastic! There is everything you could possibly need here. The house is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The layout is well thought out and executed to a very high standard. The decor is extremely tasteful and elegant. The kitchen ware is very, very nice with everything you could need supplied for you. The bathrooms are finished to a very high quality and the showers are divine! Giving a really luxurious feel to your stay. Location is excellent for access to city centre and outwith city activities. Off street parking is also very handy especially with the children. J is an excellent and attentive host. Available for anything you may need. The information provided for the property is clear and easy to follow. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future!!
