"Basic room to sleep & rest"

Bed was comfortable but the pillows were limp & threadbare. Water heater functioned well.

Some curtain hooks were missing and hanging shabbily. The two female staff are not well-suited for frontline desk work. Both of them know WHAT to do, it's just that they're not friendly. Make small talk must be strange to them, I suppose. The staff whom checked us in, didn't even open her mouth to advise us that there's hot water available downstairs. We were put up in Room 202.
