"Загалом, чудово відпочили. Гарно та частенько."

Чистота, великий басейн, смачна їжа, привітний персонал.

Виникли складнощі з басейном. На сайті вказано "Басейн 700 грн" , це зрозуміло, але була впевненість, що це з номеру. Проте, виявилося що з людини. Захотіли уточнити у чудової дівчини на ресепції де ж це написано, у відповідь почули, що це і так зрозуміло і це передбачається. Також, нас здивувало, що в люкс номері не було зубних одноразових щіток. Нам запропонували сходити в АТБ та купити собі, зазвичай в готелях де ми зупинялися, вони були, тому не брали з собою.

Чистый уютный номер,большой бассейн,но к сожалению грязный.

Не понравилось практически отсутствие интернета, на которое администрация не реагировала,очень долгое приготовление блюд в ресторане,а официантов нужно самому звать потому,что сами они за беседой друг с другом не замечают пришедших гостей.
