The employees were nice and polite.

It’s not exactly as the pictures. It’s getting outdated. The walls had mold.

If you want a homestay with more comfort (air conditioning, nice shower, hairdryer, kettle, tv) this is a very nice place to stay, only 20min walk or 5 min grab ride to town.

The family is incredibly kind, making for the best experience. They were very helpful with arranging transport and everything else. The dinner was excellent, and sharing the rice wine was a great touch. They really made me feel comfortable at all times

Die Zimmer sind sehr neu eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung.

Die Rezeption war so gut wie nie besetzt und es war schwer, jemanden zu finden, der Englisch sprach, sodass die Kommunikation meist per Übersetzungsapp stattfand. Dies machte es schwierig, Informationen über Touren oder Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erhalten. Außerdem ist das Homestay wirklich sehr weit außerhalb des Stadtkerns gelegen. Es ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, allerdings wird dies nach ein paar Malen etwas mühsam.

"Very comfortable, I could recharge my self after 10 days of travelling"

They were so flexible and kind even they do not speak English, they let do me do early check in l, I made a mistake and I booked a different day but they were flexible and they did not charge me. The breakfast was one of the best and complete breakfast included I had in all my stays in Vietnam

It is a little far from Sapa town, and it is at the mountain so it was hard

La camera era molto pulita. Il personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Il centro è raggiungibile in pochi minuti e la zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Assolutamente consigliato

Sehr freundliche Leute haben einen schnell kontaktiert und geantwortet gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Sehr steil bergauf. Weit weg vom Zentrum, an einer befahrenen Straße gelegen.Die Gedend. Einfaches Frühstück, nur ein Kaffee inklusive. Muffig/schimmelig!!!
