The rooms are spotless and well-kept, with bedsheets that are wonderfully soft and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and included in the stay, offering great value. It’s a cozy and inviting spot that really enhances the experience of exploring the area.

The room is very spacious & has extra amenities eg kettle, tea etc. The staff were very friendly & helpful throughout our stay. The cute dogs & cats at the guesthouse were a bonus! It was a 15 min walk to the center or roughly a 35k Grab taxi with little wait time.

Our only note was that the shower took a long time to heat up - the first one could always get a hot shower, but even after a wait, the second person couldn’t get much hot water.

The homestay is lovely. The room was very spacious and very clean, the staff was super friendly. Breakfast was quite good too! I'd definitely reccomend :)

sur une des chambres, l'insonorisation n'était pas fameuse mais la nuit était assez calme.

Ce court séjour d’une nuit s’est particulièrement bien passé, notamment grâce a la bienveillance du personnel. Celui-ci n’a pas hésité à nous proposer de faire un check-in très précoce en début de matinée car nous venions d’arriver par le train de nuit et que nous aurions dû attendre plusieurs longues heures en temps normal. Je vous conseille très fortement de solliciter leurs services afin d’ avoir un taxi qui vous amènera depuis la gare vers Sa Pa et l’inverse. Nous avons également très apprécié la présence de trois petits et mignons animaux de compagnie au rez-de-chaussée. La vue depuis le balcon de la chambre était également agréable, même si ce n’est pas la meilleure de la ville. Cette chambre était propre et confortable et nous a permis de passer une bonne nuit. Enfin, l’hôtel est situé sur les hauteurs de la ville, ce qui du permet à la fois de bénéficier d’un environnement calme, mais est aussi un défaut quand il s’agit de rejoindre la ville par Grab, car aucun taxi ne voudra monter jusqu’à l’hôtel.

I enjoyed almost everything about my stay. Above all, the kindness and availability of the host had a huge positive impact. The peacefulness of the house offered a perfect retreat, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly pleasant.

Spotless, high level homestay!! The mattress and blankets and pillows were by far the best I've slept in in all my travels! The owners are super kind, helpful, communicative and they do a great laundry service. Really impressed with the beautiful room! It's a bit far from town but perfect to get some walking in and easy to get a grab into town

The location is convenient, just a short distance from the city center. The breakfast was lovely, and we really appreciated how the host ensured we had it even when we had to wake up early. She also went above and beyond to help us arrange a lift to Fansipan when we couldn’t find a taxi.
