地理、空間都很好，民宿主人非常友好仔細講解注意事項。

房子提供攜帶寵物入住，客廳能聞到寵物尿尿乾掉的嗆鼻味道，開窗通風跟用除臭噴霧也一樣沒用。

"如果是搭公車從別府上來的，附近有公車站牌，距離火車站比較遠。晚上沒有什麼餐廳，建議自己煮或外帶超市熟食。"
