PTIt was very cozy, with an excelente location, functional and easy to follow check in and check out instructions, confortable bed and sofa.
Nothing in particular, though one of the sofa's had a stain.

MYIt was a perfect place to stay nearby Lake Ashi, we were assigned a room with window facing out directly to the lake. :) The room is spacious, clean, and has all the essential amenities stated. Location wise is perfect, it's just by the Lake which has the bus stops and also the Pirate Ship Cruise. Also walking distance to the famous Heian-no-torii and the Hakone Jinja Definitely our most favorite place to stay in whole trip this year!
Nothing that I don't like, but maybe few people will feel that the area is too quiet with nothing at all to do around at night.

CHAUThe location was perfect, 5 minutes from the bus stop. The beds were comfortable, and the facilities had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend the accommodation.
