"Beautiful stay"

We had such a wonderful stay at Amber Lights. It’s so clean, well equipped and comfortable. Probably the nicest place we have stayed to date. We ventured 20 mins to Appledore to The Ferry inn where we enjoyed the most incredible food.

Nothing! The only thing I would suggest is that it would be useful to have somewhere to hang coats in the hallway.

The property is breathtakingly beautiful. The decor, the high quality of finish, the homely touches, the cleanliness and overall comfort beats any other place I have ever stayed in. The owners are also so helpful and on hand for any queries. Thank you again for the most wonderful stay.

"Fantastic modern and well equipped, comfortable property - a must visit."

The quality of the house was exceptional - clearly newly renovated and to a high spec, The beds were comfortable, and there was all mod cons required. Having two bathrooms was fantastic, and the retro arcade games table was the icing on the cake! The fish pond was wonderful to look at. In terms of location, it's well located to travel back to Dungeness and the surrounding area.

We had issues with the opening, closing and locking the front door. This is the only issue we could find with the property.

Decor that is beautifully considered, a relaxing but fun space.. could be used for family time as it was for us, a girls weekend away, a couples retreat, or a solo traveler:) It enhanced staying in such a beautiful but (without sunshine) bleak area, and made me glad we’d decided to stay there rather than in its neighbouring towns/ villages:) We were only there for one night but with a small child having the two free washing capsules was fantastically helpful.
