Lavender Dalat Hotel and Resorts

Beautiful property for a nature getaway! It felt like a dream and a perfect location for slowing down from the city life. All of the team I had interactions with were lovely and friendly, even though the English was a bit limited. The room was perfect in terms of location and a very short walk away from the main reception/restaurant area. I had no neighbors so I felt completely immersed in nature!

Very far out of town it was - grabs got expensive travelling in and out for activities. Also, long waits for grabs. Possibly inform guests upon booking if they would like to rent motorbikes, as when I asked on arrival, I was told there wasn't any more available. Breakfast was way below average, especially considering the low occupancy of the resort during my stay - could be MUCH better. A la carte menu offering was okay. Housekeeping never cleaned my room - The first morning I took it easy, HK saw me up and about in the room, but just dropped clean towels on outside table (not saying anything). Same thing happened the next morning - disappointing considering what you pay at a resort. Inconsistency in bathroom amenities provided (different shampoos on different days). Makes no sense that room mini bar items are more expensive than in the restaurant?
