Rosie is so kind and accommodating. She offers meals and yummy snacks and anything to drink. I enjoyed my stay. Will be booking again when in visalia.

Rosie and Carlos are two very friendly hosts. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. We felt right at home. Also a nice neighborhood Everything was perfect!

Booking cancelled in the morning of check in without providing any alternative accommodation options. Owner says they are double booked. We need to change our travel plans. Very bad experience overall.

We felt at home from minute one. The house lies within a picturesque American neighborhood and host Rosie's hospitality is off charts! We were offered both food and water and had a lovely conversation at the kitchen table. Even though it's just a room, we felt no restrictions. We had our own bathroom, were offered to use the kitchen and the garden terrace and the bed was so comfortable! It was the perfect base for our trip to Sequoia National Park.

The only thing we regret is that we stayed just one night. If this gem is available, do yourself a favor and book at least two nights!
