I was impressed with Mr Salvatore who ensured that our stay was the best. The Room was having all facilities for a family stay. Location is great was just 4 min walk from sorrento railway station and on main corsa Italia Street.

Room AC was freezing, the temperature control was not effective so we had to switch it off and off at intermediate times in the night to ensure our infant sleeps well. My internet package was not working when I arrived in sorrento hence I was not able to find the hotel / apartment name on the main street for 45 minutes although it Was just 4 min walk from station. The lift which is provided to carry luggage was so slow and sentitive with many rules to operate.
