The only problem was accessing the parking lot. Extremely tight

This is second time staying at this complex. It is situated in a lovely part of the city. And the apartments are beautiful.

There is nothing i didn't like. These minor things would stop me from coming again. However, there was a heater slightly hanging where the screw had come away. Which I thought should have been soughted before we arrived. The shower in the en-suit really floods. So we had to use all the towels to sup up the water. Some of the things in the kitchen had not been cleaned. A tray in the oven and table mats. Also, there was no spray mob supplied. Under the sofa could have done with a good hoover. Pasta abd rubbish visable when using sofa bed. Still worth every penny.

When we arrived, we found the bed linen had not been cleaned and had to ask for this to be done. The staff responded satisfactorily. Also there we no instructions on how to lock the balcony door.

Excellent location, close to some very good restaurants and easy walk to the railway station.

Poor cleaning standard, dust balls on floor, broken wardrobe half full of an extra quilt we had to remove to hang up clothes, smell of drains from the bathrooms. On pointing out that the wardrobe was broken, they said they hadn't had time to fix it and did we need them to do so during our visit. Obviously, we did not want workmen in the apartment during our holiday. To acknowledge they knew it was a problem but that they hadn't fixed it prior to our visit or notified us of the problem was very strange as they make a it very clear about reporting damage immediately on arrival or we will be charged for that damage. Had requested the sofa bed to be made up, it was not. On complaint the agent said the bedding was in the wardrobe for the sofa bed and they leave it for guests to make up so they can use the sofa for seating. They sent us a video on how to pull out the bed, why not make this clear on booking that we need to do this ourselves instead of confirming that the sofa bed will be made up for our use. We found some dubious bedding in a drawer we opened with much difficulty as both drawers were broken, we didn't use it as it did not seem clean or of good quality. They didn't ask us prior to arrival if that is what we wanted and told us the bed would be made up for our use during the holiday. The coffee table was a heavy box style needing to be moved in order to pull out the bed. We didn't expect to have to do the work of making this bed up when we had been assured it would be done prior to arrival. Did they think that guests want to move furniture and make up sofa beds every night and in the morning put everything back so they can use a sofa as a seat every day? In the end two guests shared one of the bedrooms but this was not what we wanted when booking. Overall, this apartment could be fantastic if the maintenance, cleaning problems, and honesty over the sofa bed were addressed.

Our experience with this company was absolutely awful, they are complete amateurs and haven’t heard of customer service. From the moment we arrived at the apartment, there were multiple incidents. A towel rail fell onto my arm when I tried to hang a towel on it. My father nearly fell due to a broken step between the living room and the terrace. The bed configuration we requested hadn’t been applied, and there were multiple sets of bedding left in the apartment that were clearly used and not meant for us.. My advice: if you still decide to book with this company after reading this, make sure someone is present to check you in and walk through the property with you. If not, they will blame you for absolutely everything afterward and deny any responsibility. Their customer service team and so-called “directors” are unprofessional and dishonest. They try to hold guests accountable for maintenance and repairs on a property that you’re just supposed to be enjoying. Avoid them at all costs.
