-excellent onsen -entire L1 looks nice -professional and helpful staff, though got difficulty with English -free coffee machine in lobby -free parking

-small room -underwhelming breakfast options -onsen quite a far walk from rooms

"ONE OF THE FINEST TEAMS IN HOTEL MANAGEMENT"

I travel around 15-18 days a month for official reasons and this was a trip for leisure. I am on a good position to compare all sorts of hotels in around 20 countries a year. I can honestly say that the team here was one of the finest. Professionalism, courtesy, extra effort to ensure your peace of mind, and hospitality were at peak during my stay. And I could see everyone being treated the same way. It shows a great management and the team deserves an applause for that. GREAT JOB, Everyone!!!
