Accueil médiocre. Près de 3/4 d'heure d'attente devant le portail, alors que le gestionnaire avait été prévenu de notre arrivée. Par ailleurs, j'ai mis plus d'un mois à me faire rembourser ma caution. Enfin fait, après plusieurs relances.

They demanded 100 euros security deposit or else refused to check in. Then, they did not pay back. They claimed I arrived after 6PM (not true) and charged 50 euros for late check in (it is a self-check in, anyway, you find the key in a safe box), and then they told me they kept additional 50 euros, because I did not put the sheets from my bed in the washing machine when I was checking out! No prior warning or information about any of that. They also say they provide private parking at the property, but they don't tell you they charge 10 euros for that. The place itself was dingy, hot water after a looong wait, and the location absolutely sucks. There are abandoned rotting cars in the street next to it. It wasn't cheap, either, 50 euros, plus 100 euro deposit they stole.

-50 euros for check-in after 5 p.m (no information about it on the booking before arrival) -Arogant service -Extremely cumbersome and time-consuming check-in, entry applications, etc. (over half an hour on site) -parking paid additionally 10 euros, which was not announced earlier (the first of eight hotels with such a fee) -they collect a deposit, which they inform about on site - deposit required in the form of a transfer of 60 euros -after a week, the deposit of EUR 50 was returned without giving any reason for the deduction -after the intervention, they sent the missing 10 euros without giving any explanation - the hotel staff requires you to clean the room yourself before departure, otherwise your deposit will be taken away, this is the first time I have encountered this - no English-speaking service. Worst hotel ever!!
