La belle terrasse. Cuisine bien équipée.Une petite bibliothèque à disposition . Appartement très calme . Très proche des restaurants.

Literie assez ferme. Il faudrait un sur matelas .

Emplacement idéal, à deux pas de la plage mais légèrement en retrait permettant d’être éloigné des nuisances festives. Cette location est parfaitement équipée pour des familles avec enfants, tout est bien pensé et propre. À la demande le nécessaire bébé (lit parapluie, chaise haute). Petit plus: tout le nécessaire pour la plage: jeux, masques de plongée, serviettes de plage… Sans oublier la gentillesse d’Anaelle qui a coeur que l’on soit confortablement installés. ☺️

Location was great. Pool was compact but lovely and room was modern and clean. Balcony was huge. Very happy with our stay.

Poolområdet var inte så mysigt. På bilderna såg området mycket större ut än det var i verkligheten.

The apartment was in a great location, just one block off the beach and with a beach access point very close by. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. We especially loved the large verandah with a dining area and seating. It was nice to have a drying rack out on the verandah to quickly dry swimsuits and towels after a dip in the ocean. There are several good restaurants withing walking distance, and also walkable to a Carrefour grocery store. Cascaville shopping center is a short drive away. We would stay here again! Flic-en-Flac beach is nice for swimming and watching sunsets, with things to see when snorkeling from the beach.

The air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms was not working during our stay. The host had a technician come to check it while we were there, but unfortunately were unable to resolve the issue during our week-long stay. The unit includes a dishwasher and washing machine, but no laundry detergent or dishwasher soap is provided.

Die Schlüsselübergabe und der Check in war super organisiert - Anaelle war umwerfend freundlich und wir durften uns gleich nach der Ankunft in einem Zimmer des sehr großen und wunderschönen Appartements umziehen. Das Appartement war sehr schön, groß und neuwertig eingerichtet und hatte einen sehr großen Balkon.

Leider ist die Umgebung zur Zeit dort nicht gut, es gibt 2 Baustellen, die direkt vor der Anlage liegen; rundherum liegt unfassbar viel Müll- und gibt es den ganzen Tag Baulärm ohne Ende! Bei einer der beiden Baustellen wird dann Abends immer so für ca. 2 Stunden alles an überflüssigem Baumaterial wie Plastiksäcke etc. verheizt, sodass der beissende Rauch je nach Windrichtung einen Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse nicht zulässt. Wegen dieser Zustände waren wir immer unterwegs und konnten unsere tolle Wohnung gar nicht wirklich genießen - aber dafür können Anaelle und die Angestellten nichts!
