Luxurious indoor/outdoor Family Paradise in downtown St Augustine

Great location, just a 15min walk from many attractions. The place had all necessary basics.

It is a little dated and can use some TLC (e.g. ripped bed skirt, window treatment only hanging on by a thread etc.). The main issue i had though was that there were no curtains in one of the 2 bedrooms which means it staid very light during the night... too light to sleep for me. There should definititly be curtains that keep the room dark(er).

El alojamiento está encantador muy acogedor para la familia y muy bien ubicado. Barrio tranquilo y bastante cerca del centro, solo 8 minutos caminando. Mi experiencia con el contacto con los administradores de alojamiento fue excelente. El ambiente de la ciudad es increíblemente tranquilo y relajante y la casa te invita a descansar.

Aunque la casa estaba muy limpia y ordenada creo que a los exteriores (patio) le faltaba un tanto de atención y el mobiliario estaba un poco desgastado por el uso constante pero en general me encantó el alojamiento y los administradores me comentaron que pronto iban a hacer algunos mantenimientos.

Great location, comfortable beds, and parking in the driveway.

The pillows need to be tossed, and new ones bought - the 6 on my bed equaled 1, and the same for bed #2. A number of fixtures need to be tightened - toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall, as did other fixtures to hold towels on the wall, key holder by the front door, same thing. As well, the mailbox was stuffed with mail (looked like it had been collecting for a year), so much so, it wouldn`t close.

Very convenient to downtown and the amenities were perfect.
