Size of the room is very small, given that it had to accommodate the kitchen as well.

Fraud people. I had booked the room for my father who’s 67. These people call you up randomly and ask you make advance payment and when you refuse to make payment on a random number they threaten you saying the room will be given on availability basis. Then I told them that’s okay I can proceed with cancellation if that’s the policy and they immediately apologised and said the room is confirmed. On the day my father reached the hotel they refused to give him a room because I didn’t make an advanced payment and that’s why the room is not available. Eventually my dad fought and stood on his ground that he had a confirmed booking and he should have the room. That’s when the manager came in and provided the room. So they had a room available but they wanted to create a fuss with a senior citizen. Horrible experience!!!
