SENOVeldig fin og romslig leilighet. Leiligheten hadde alt vi trengte for et komfortabelt opphold, og prisen var veldig bra.
NOThe hotel is okay and the facilities are pleasant. The beds, kitchen, and room were good, and it is a nice place for a short staycation with family. However, the cleanliness could be improved. We noticed quite a lot of dust under the furniture, and there was some hair on the linens which made it seem like they were not washed thoroughly. We also went swimming on our first night. We stayed a few minutes past the allowed time, and the staff member responsible for the pool cleaning seemed very upset and spoke to us in a grumpy manner. My husband apologized and even tried to help clean up after swimming, but she still appeared angry. Overall, it’s still a decent place for a quick stay, but better attention to cleanliness and guest interaction would make the experience much better.
NOFantastisk plass! Rent, trivelig og med alt vi hadde behov for. Kun 10 minutter fra Myrkdalen og 10 minutter fra Voss. Basseng og badstue hjelper virkelig med å slappe av etter skiturene – både for barn og voksne. Trenger man middag, er det kort vei til Voss, men kjøkkenkroken har også alt man trenger for å lage mat selv. I tillegg finnes det aktivitetsrom med spill og bordtennis. Verten var veldig lett å kommunisere med og svarte raskt hver gang vi hadde spørsmål, selv om det meste egentlig sto i e-posten 🙈 Anbefales på det sterkeste! Vi planlegger å komme tilbake.

Skittent vann i bassenget. Ikke vindu på soverom nr 2. Ikke overmadrass på seng. Ødelagt kaffetrakter.

Le manque d’information pour la prise des clés, ne réponds pas au téléphone, Difficultés à trouver l’emplacement des clés , immeuble semble désertique ! Une odeur de cuisine de cuisine dans tout l’appartement désagréable.

The swimming pool wasn't working (let's say it wasnt't heated therefore we were not able to use it). This was basically the only reason why we booked that place so it was disappointing.
