Residence Le Fontane

We had a great stay here. The property was clean and very functional. The staff worked exceptionally hard to keep the place clean, the pool was one of the cleanest I’ve seen. Close to shops and town, further from the beaches but we used the free bike rental to cycle to a different beach nearly everyday, all a few km away. The best bit of the apartment was the friendly, helpful and always on hand staff.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at Le Fontane Residence. The apartment was specious and clean, and it’s location very convenient for shopping, dining and having an evening stroll to the town centre. 3 supermarkets within 2 minutes walk, and a few good restaurants down the road. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole complex is extremely clean and tidy. Pleasant pool are, although we didn’t used much, as the area is surrounded with beautiful beaches.

Lack of basics in the kitchenette - had to buy a new bread knife as there was only one cutting knife, that was no good for anything, no kettle, chopping board or toaster are the only cons of our review. Very happy otherwise.

We loved having three grocery stores so close by and the town center within walking distance.

Elevator closed too quickly.

Fab, well priced and clean! Location is pretty good and walkable to town. Swimming pool - we didn’t use but lovely to have one.

We paid for beach towels in advance which they didn’t have available, and then when we went to collect 2 days later (we had attended a wedding next day) we were made to feel like we were lying about paying! Not pleasant. Apart from that the guys had been great which was sad.

The property is well laid out and comfortable. It is perfect as a base for overnight and quick meals. The availability of washing machines and dryer was a wonderful amenity to have after two weeks away from home. The staff were helpful, organized and very attentive. We would definitely use this location again. There is a grocery store on the main level which is very convenient for any goods that you might need. There is also a coffee shop at the entrance to the apartment complex so breakfasts are easy to acquire without leaving the complex.

We had to leave the property at 7:00 in the morning and the gate for the entry/exit was closed. There was no obvious way to trigger the gate to open. Luckily, we found that there is a rear exit ramp to the street that is not gated and allowed us to depart on time after a little bit of anxiety!

Really nice, good size apartment. Pool was great. Staff were really friendly. There's a nice cafe downstairs and a big supermarket across the road.

It's a little bit further out of the village but we enjoyed the walk to burn off the gelatos! There a couple of excellent restaurants within a 5 min walk.

The location is convenient with supermarkets in the vicinity. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary dishes to prepare your own meals and a large fridge, and the staff was extremely friendly, providing us with a village map and recommending excellent restaurants and the best beaches to visit. Additionally, the accommodation is situated just a short 10-minute walk from the city center, where you can indulge in delicious gelatos and dine at fantastic restaurants.

The towels could be included in the price, even if the daily was a little more expensive. As it was not included, if you need a set of towels, you have to pay to get this. If the guest will need extra towels, then I agree to be charged separately. The internet signal is excellent outside the flat, but inside the flat, the signal was very weak and to get some signal you need to stay close to the entrance door of the flat. I think these two points are easy to improve, which would raise my rating to the maximum.
