Great location just a short walk from the trendy Underbank area. Clean house with all necessary facilities. Great value for money.

Parking was a bit of an issue. Visitors should be aware that they might not be able to park near the property. There is a mechanic nextdoor that parks all the broken down cars in the carpark.

Nice and clean perfect location a great Chinese around the corner and a dessert shop on the corner of the street . Quiet and no noise during the night . Lovely place to stay and every thing you need. Beds are comfortable . Easy to locate . Great communication with the owner.

The parking was not great but managed to park in front of the property .

Location

Is an apartment for one person. Any more and you'll struggle to move aroubd without knocking into objects. The shower didn't get warm at all, the heater didn't work, there is no dryer so if you do a load of washing you'll hang up clothes on whatever you can. The fold out sofa bed was brutal on my back, and the pull out bed under the bed was essentially a dog bed with springs. I had to fix all the wooden slated under the bed and try not to roll over or it would fall down and make it slump. The mattress is good but the frame is bashed to bits lol. For a family with 2 kids this was a bad choice for me and wish I had simply booked a hotel.

It was a good size, north facing so it stayed cool inside given the hot weather. Location is great, walking distance from the town centre. Communication from the host was great. Key box made it easy checking in. the place looks nice, was clean and tidy. For the price, it served its purpose, i would stay for work to meet budgets. I wouldn't stay if it was personal weekend away with my partner.

The property was well decorated but looked like it had been abused (loose door handles, front door wasn't particularly secure from the inside) the smell was overpowering, smelt damp and like a stale smell of weed. whilst well presented, the bedding and towels didn't smell fresh. The TV in the bedroom when turned on had a smashed screen so didn't work, it looked as if it had multiple impact as if things had been thrown at it). Whilst the ad says there is parking, good luck getting a space anytime of day! Do not bank on this property for parking. I had to park in paid parking in surround areas which was a bit of a hassle.

The problem with this apartment is there is no ceiling in the bedroom - you are exposed to direct sunlight through a large window in the roof. It's perfect if you want to wake up at 4:30 am!!!! The shower controls are also a problem - getting it to run warm was a nightmare - it was either freezing cold or scalding hot. Also, it wasn't very clean - they should throw away the rugs, what I thought was a pattern was dirt. The fridge could have done with a clean and the last occupant's food was still there.
