"Poor quality but clean"

Clean, location OK - a bit rough but quiet. Good size one-up, one-down terrace house. Cheap.

Everything was very poor quality. It has been built with costs savings all round. Bed too short (I'm tall), pillows cheap and thin, linen poor. No breakfast. No shops nearby. Some kind former client had left ground coffee but there was no coffee maker, not even a caffettiere. Fridge was empty, no milk, so tea would be black. I ended up carefully tearing open a tea bag and improvising by using it as a coffee filter. Managed not to burn my fingers. Kitchen tap isn't fixed in properly so it wobbles around. Soap in shower is on cheap hanger so it wobbles about. Toilet seat is very cheap and flimsy. And so on, everything was cheapest quality. Would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn next time rather than here.
