Beautiful 4 Bed Immaculate Condition Refurbished Property

Very comfy big house, feeling like a home..

I don’t have much too comply but the entrance door have too much security and alarm system, all the time u open the door.. the alarm buzz, annoying noise

House and big spacious! In a calm and quiet place! Close to the city centre nearby supermarket! I always stay at the property😍

Good location and a very clean and tidy house bed very comfortable which is always a bonus when working away from home!

The kitchen and bathrooms were not yo bad.

Property Condition: The photographs on the listing appear to have been taken when the property was newly renovated. However, the current condition reflects significant decline and neglect. While the bathrooms and kitchen were relatively close to the images shown, the rest of the property was in poor condition and far from “immaculate.” Some key issues include: Walls in need of repainting, with two large holes in the hallway simply covered over with paper. Dirty kitchen, including a filthy extractor fan above the cooker, a dirty oven, and old food stains in the cupboards. We discovered rubbish left inside a wardrobe. A clothes air dryer with damp sheets was left in the front room. Wires and electrical cables from the TV and broadband setup were dangerously exposed, which posed a serious health and safety risk—especially concerning as we had two young children (9 and 22 months) with us. A cupboard full of towels and sheets appeared to have been hastily thrown in, not folded or stored properly. The external bin was already full, and while we were told there was another bin in the garden, there was no welcome pack or instructions to make this clear. A curtain in the bay window was tied up with a piece of string and could not be properly opened. In the front room, a chandelier had two broken pieces, one of which was left hanging dangerously. Check-In Experience: I had requested an early check-in and was told this might be possible, only to be informed the day before that it wouldn’t be. Despite arriving at the standard check-in time of 3pm, we were met by the cleaner, who remained in the property for nearly an hour after our arrival, which further impacted our experience. Host Response: I reached out to the host by text and requested a call. He did return the call and apologized, saying he was unaware of the current state of the property.

The place was immaculate! Beautiful house and quiet area. All amenities were good, it was home away from home. The host communicated with me through out and helped us sort out the parking.

The home could do with a touch of children friendly- bunk bed for families with children and something to keep them occupied

The street was quiet. The house is spacious. There is parking.

The house is certainly not beautiful or immaculate as described and I do not understand at all how it has an exceptional rating. The house smells damp, it needs a deep clean and needs decorating. There is hardly any cutlery and only 1 spoon. The carpet on the stairs is filthy and there is a large hole in the wall up the stairs. When we arrived, the kitchen bin had not been emptied and there were dirty items in the dishwasher. I have given the owner constructive feedback to improve. I paid £720 for 3 nights and was incredibly disappointed by the poor quality of the accommodation for the price.

Property is in good location and we had good time, the property was very specious and everything was perfect and specially the host is very nice and friendly guy,
