Parking.

Dated throughout. 3 beds in the second bedroom when there is only really space for 2. Found rubbish under wardrobe. No upgrade since previous complaints regarding slashed sofa or broken window panes. Had a slight smell of previous guests smoking. Unfortunately, neighbours surrounding enjoyed a splith or two....doors banging until late, and police called to disperse people outside when having a car meet on the street.

- Beds were really comfortable - The house was very clean - They provide coffee, tea, sugar and washing machine pods to do the laundry - Good and attentive customer service - Nice and modern decoration - Nice view of the church

- I did not fully read the information on the ad, so I did not expect having to pay a £300 deposit (which was more expensive than the stay itself). The stay was non refundable, and the host was not flexible about the deposit (which is fair enough as it was written down). That was very inconvenient as I was travelling on a budget, and -300 on the account definitely made a difference. - I was expecting the place to be spotless as guests have to pay a deposit to cover any damage caused during their stay. However, we found a chair with a bent leg (that we luckily didn't sit on), flashing lights on the kitchen, a ripped sofa, a cracked window, and a broken blinds in one of the bedrooms. These were all minor issues that did not impact the stay, but we were expecting more given the high deposit requested. The issues were reported, and the host said they would speak to housekeeping. Hoopefully, they were just not aware of the maintenance needs and will take care of it. - Bathroom smells like humidity. - There could be more mirrors (including full-size mirros) around the house :)

Not an area that you would be wanting to walk around after dark! Still felt safe as this is a second story apartment with codes for gates to carpark and keys for door to apartment block.
