Thoughtfulness of the host (mr leslie) - hyper consumer aware. Detailed instructions for checking in and out. There were welcome amenities chocolate :). Complete set of utensils and cutleries. Property shown same as picture. Got nice view from 23rd floor. Starbucks and mynews at the G Floor. Wifi was good. The beds were so comfy. Air cond super cool. Hair dryer, iron, microwave, washing machine provided. We are enjoyed our stay. Will choose this property again. Thank you so much.

Outs of host's control but the parking too tight in space, have to very careful driving up n down especially for a bigger car.

Unit is clean. Owner is friendly & approachable. Interior deco is nice and all facilities are well kept. You will definitely enjoy your stay. Value for money.

Building mgmt for the lift & parking system. Lift is small. Long waiting time during peak hours. Otherwise ok. Parking driveway is narrow, with bad architecture design where your car will park under horrible piping system. Sad to say that this unit's parking is under a leaking pipe.

Central location, with it's own 24 hour shop with food. Security at entrance and parking making our stay safe. Very clean apartment, with many amenities kindly provided by the host. We travelled with a baby and was happily surprised to find a baby chair, bath and dining set thoughtfully provided. Washing machine, detergent and clothes hanging area were also provided. The host was very helpful and prompt with responses. He even went out of his way to look for a car rental service which would deliver to our apartment for us. We would very highly recommend this place to anyone planning to travel in Penang.

Quite thin walls, able to hear neighbours in the joint corridor.
