Harrow Bank Cottage Family and Pet Friendly Coastal Escape in Tweedmouth

Cosy cottage with modern interior. Lots of floor space and just the right amount of space for a family of four. Showers were excellent.

Noisy when moving around - creaking floors and doors and clunky door latches. Hard to be stealthy after putting our young kids to bed.

Lovely family cottage. Very cosy and great space. Lovely welcome package. Thank you. Everything we needed. Very clean close to spittal and berwick.

The main door is very tricky... has to be locked to stay closed. The lock itself was hard to lock it was little tempremental ar times. We also had to travel early due to travel weather warnings so we arrived really early.. unfortunatly there were guests in before us so cldnt check in until 4pm ... little bit of hanging around for us but we managed x

It is a good location. Not far from a supermarket and it has street parking outside.

The beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable. We had the expectation of a few basics because the visitors guide had mentioned this. Arrived late at night to find a small milk and some chips and cookies. Some eggs and a little loaf of bread would have been much appreciated. The cleaner had left cleaning cloths and products in the middle of the lounge and the floor of the bathroom which didn’t leave the impression of a job well done.

I visited with my elderly parents. Really modern but cozy. Spotless and very comfortable including the beds. Easy access to all rooms for those with mobility issues. Wet room fab. Really good location for exploring the area. We loved the extra wee touches...pint milk in the fridge, teabags and bickies. We'll done ✔️

The main door was a pain and needs attention. Was really difficult to close properly but it locked ok. Mum and dad really struggled with it. I didn't report to owners as I was always with my parents and able to close for them but could be a problem for others.
