Dragon Suites Luxury Serviced Apartments at Walker Street

The location is great and everything in the room is very new and useful.

We live on the top floor and need to go up the stairs separately. The stairs are a bit too narrow and it's quite difficult for guests with larger luggage to carry them up.

We stayed for 2 nights in the Jade suite on the 2nd floor. It’s a lovely apartment in a great area. A bit noisy - but to be expected given the location. But also a bit bright when the sun rose. Better blinds or even curtains would be a huge improvement. Otherwise, pack a sleep mask.

Despite a sofa bed and linen included being advertised, there was no linen for the bed. We asked for it to be provided and were told it would be £20. I’m sorry, but when I’ve paid nearly £1400 for two nights I don’t expect to then pay for something I was right to assume was included and would be available. As a result I slept on an unmade sofa bed for 2 nights while my 10 year old son jumped in with my wife. Not the birthday weekend she was expecting.

Nice property, but cleanliness was an issue. Found used towels left in the bathroom on arrival, which was disappointing and not acceptable.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to poor cleanliness.
