A beautiful, well appointed and extremely comfortable apartment with fantastic views over the Harbour and Auckland bridge. It was great to pick up the key from a lock box in the complex

"An absolute waterfront gem."

Wow, walking through the front door and looking straight out onto the harbour is a great start to a short stay. The apartment is spacious, well equipped, comfortable and clean. And the balcony is a great spot to sit and enjoy a drink whilst watching the setting sun.

This is not a fault of the service provider (and maybe a one-off) but because the property is in a block of apartments, the selfish behaviour of other residents/guests may be a factor, such as a group of loud and drunk young men waking up the whole floor at 2am and refusing to quieten down despite repeated requests from other residents/guests.

Trying to get in was a night mare, there was ment be parking but no explanation on were or or what to do very very frustrating once staff were aware they were very helpful

"Stunning apartment in a beautiful location"

The apartment was beautiful. It was very homely and comfortable with everything you needed. Being on the wharf, the view from the front was magnificent. The location was excellent as it was only a short walk to the CBD and restaurants were along the wharf and close by at thje viaduct. When I needed an extra night because of my own error, we were acommodated with care.

Great location and outlook. Nice apartment and enjoyed the stay.

The managers are based offsite. Need to visit them to get key from office or lockbox (not that far away but still a hassle).
