Bonjour Nous sommes absolument ravis de notre séjour de deux jours dans votre appartement ! Nous sommes très satisfaits de tout : - L'équipement était complet et de très bonne qualité - L'emplacement est idéal, très pratique pour nos déplacements - La propreté était impeccable, tout était bien entretenu.

Le seul petit inconvénient que nous avons rencontré était la télévision. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner l'accès aux programmes, ce qui était un peu frustrant.

The apartment was within easy reach of the train station, accessible by lift and had been recently renovated. Luxembourg is a beautiful city.

Communication with the host was difficult. Contact was eventually made through Booking.com website. Provided phone numbers and email did not get a response. There was no information in the apartment about wifi access, tv access or laundry facilities. The TV had not been programmed. Some things were broken e.g. freezer door, kick boards in kitchen and dining room and rubbish bin. Renovations were ongoing. A large mirror had not been hung and was on the floor precariously resting against the wall.

There is nothing of note in the immediate neighbourhood, but practical to be a 13-minute walk (or 4-minute bus ride) to the train station. (Public transit is free in Lux) The apartment does sleep 4 :the sofa bed slides out like a futon, it's not a hideaway bed. There are clean linens and towels in the cupboards. Wi/fi works better if you keep the little door to the router comportment in the wall open. Communication with owner on app was fine, but there was no meetup or written instructions in the apartment. You just have to figure out how things work or ask.

Suggested improvements: provide 2 sets of keys (especially since you need the keys to enter AND leave). I think the waterfall attachment in the shower is either broken or we couldn't get it to work.

Well located apartment, clean, and tidy

The apartment was really clean and nice. It has a fully equipped kitchen and the beds are really comfortable.

During our stay the police came two nights in a row because there were people selling drugs in the gas station located in front of the house. We learned later that is area is not the safest in Luxembourg
