We mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, and they truly made it unforgettable with thoughtful touches and exceptional hospitality. Everything—from the warm welcome to the attention to detail—was absolutely perfect. The service was professional yet heartfelt, and the atmosphere made us feel completely relaxed and cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay.

From the moment we arrived the wonderful staff couldn't have done more to help us. They were all so friendly and attentive and really went out of their way to make us feel welcomed even though we were sadly only staying for one night! Our room was big, clean, had a fantastic view over Knysna and a huge comfy bed. Breakfast was also delicious with lots of choice. We were sad to leave!

Probably the very best guesthouse I have ever stayed. Excellent service, rooms, pool, common area's and first class breakfast. It doesn't get better than this.
