Everything! The highlight was the exceptional service provided by all of the staff and especially Tracy, who anticipated our every need and looked after us extremely well. Our room was beautiful, immaculately clean and had stunning views. We also loved the complimentary afternoon tea and happy hour each day. It is impossible for us to fault anything about our stay.

"Enjoyable stay"

We had an enjoyable stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond. They washed our car, ironed our clothes, they decorated our room and brought us a special treat as it was our honeymoon. The breakfast was enjoyable and they brought it on to our balcony so we could enjoy a private breakfast in our room.

Everything was great, nice view, very tasteful yet from traveller's point of view very functional interior design, very friendly and attentive personnel, delicious breakfast, wonderful 4pm tea and cake hour and more!

Nothing to complain about, it was just perfect.

"Wonderful"

Fantastic Staff were attentive and personable ,a real 5 star experience which they were proud to provide. The room,bathroom,sitting area were superb . Food and drink great but the best was the staff and their pride in providing a real luxury experience. Ensure you book if you are anywhere near Knysna 😀

"Absolute Stunner!!!!"

This guest house is exceptionally well run. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed! The atmosphere is warm & friendly. The hosts and staff are generous and you feel like you are the only guests there. The breakfast is superb. The views over the lagoon are breathtaking. I'm so pleased I stumbled upon this gem while scrolling down booking.com....it gets 11 out of 10 for me!

The breakfast was top notch with fresh ingredients. I highly enjoyed the freshly baked croissants. I loved the service the most. 5 star experience and service. All staff were very helpful. Every morning our car was wiped down. The hostess personally said goodbye to us. I highly recommend this place to stay at in Knysna.
