The location

I have been booking this hotel for almost 2 years now !! But this time I had a very badly experience! I booked the hotel for a single day and I had to extent the stay coz of my stay and informed the reception by 10:36am ( check out is 11) and the boy in the reception told he will inform the staff and we told him that we had meeting and other things !! By 3:37pm they started calling me , 2 times and asked me to check out the room and was like come now and do the payment !! I told them like am in between a meeting and will come !! Upon arrival the behaviour of the staff was like as if I didn't pay at all !! I informed them I had to extend the room and they informed they can't accept the payment now !! It's not my headache and then they told I had to pay fine coz I didn't pay on time !! And coming to room !! There were cockroaches at night!! Yes I have been booking this stay for 2 years as the location was in center of everything I need

Ac was leaked water pouring,bed was uncleaned blood stains in the pillow, Unhygienic no hot water for bath

Plz…make sure you gest the rooms…coz i have booked the room through booking .com recently and when i have reached the hotel the receptionist said that one group have came so no room is available. They didn’t have given any explanations or any other hint through any sits or any message. The only thing that they said is that they have only 30 rooms but they wood take more reservations and give the room for whom comes first. Oke whatever it is. But there is a basic standard to inform the booker that the rooms are out or full before they arive. I have wasted so much time to get ther from railway station and to find another hotel and gone to there.

Its not clean property,, and too much cockroach's.... Bathroom also not clean. Have no window door in bathroom,, fully open
