Townhouse MG Road Trivandrum Formerly Nandanam Park

The location was great for me, 10 minutes walk to the zoo and palace, safe area, shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, had good lighting, a kettle and water were provided. The bed was very comfortable, the cleaning staff was friendly and did a good job.

Foreign credit cards are not accepted and I was not allowed to move into my room without prior payment. I was charged for filling out the C form. The check in took more than an hour. Staff are poorly trained and not very helpful. The ac in my room didn’t work properly, most of the time the toilet didn’t flush. Worst was: the toilet was leaking and there was a terrible smell in the bathroom.
