Very poor cleanliness, especially towels and bedsheets

It was the best choice I could make to spend six days with my three children in Delhi, it was just like in the pictures. Clean, bright and comfortable for 4 people. The amenities and service are excellent, immediate response to my demands, close to everything, next to a metro, we walked to the South Extension Metro! We'll be back soon! Thanks a lot. We had a great time.

i particularly appreciated the guest services (Ayush And Udit). Very accommodating and clean. The amenities and location were amazing. I will be back soon! Had a great experience with gianmala Residency Delhi , Its more of residency rather an hotel which was excellent as you feel like home with hotel services even better then hotel

We were on the first floor and there is a communal kitchen on this floor which is very poorly soundproofed. Customers have access all the time Noise from pots and pans, dishes, and customers talking very loudly in the lobby until very late. Very unpleasant. Perhaps limit access to kitchen after 9pm.

Quiet neighbourhood

- we had to ask several times for change - the room was very moist, nothing was able to dry and it was a little smelly because of that - the room was located next to the kitchen, meaning you hear a lot of noise every evening and also early in the morning - the shower wasn’t very neat and we didn’t have warm water the second night
