NOTHING AT ALL. I am regretting of choosing this property. It was a terrible, horrendous stay of my Life. This property should be blacklisted

There was nothing to be liked here. - No AMENETIES at all, NO means nothing. It was just a raw room with bed, cupboard and washroom - Lift - NOT Working - Kitchen - NOT Working - Boiler/Geyser - Not Working - Toilet Paper: Out of stock In the washroom, - No toilet paper, we were asked/forced to use tissue paper instead - No basic amenities like shower gel/soap, shampoo for Bath - No hand towel even - There was NO HOT WATER even. I was forced to stay without a bath for 2 days as in this cold weather, could not take a bath in cold water, and there geyser was not working - Flush was also not working properly In room, - No Towels, they said gone for laundry. On multiple times asking, they give the towel. Please see the attached pictures of towels came after laundry. We did not even touch it to our face or skin. Just for hand wash or to be used as door mat In hotel, - Lift was working, we were forced to climb 2 floors with so much luggage nd in heels too - Kitchen was not working - so no lunch snacks, tea or breakfast - We booked with Breakfast, so in morning they get us parantha and sabzi from the 'Thela' standing outside the hotel wrapped in newspaper, sabzi in plastic polythenes. IMAGINE.. hot paranthas in inked newspaper and hot sabzi in plastic polythene. HOW UNHYGENIC, HAZARDAOUS it was. I have attached the pictures for you - ICING on the cake - STAFF - Rude and heights of attitude. I understand sometimes issues can be there, but they were not having the attitude of hospitality and intent of fixing or helping. They were like.. "ab khrab hai to hum kya kr skte hain", "Kitchen band nhi ho skti kya", "Staff ko kaam nhi hote kya jo chutti de de", "yeto aisa hi hai, hum kya karein"

Located at a good spot, the staff was cooperative. The room was good and spacious

The overall hygiene can get better, there was a foul smell coming from the washroom, though the staff was quick to action on it but the smell remained.

Charged me extra amount, unclean rooms
