Old and buildings need maintenance

What I liked, my family liked was the entire layout. It was casual, modern with a touch of luxury! Plus the view from the balcony was amazing. We had an unobstructed view. Plus the beach was closer than we expected!!

The resort was very well maintained with an awesome pool and a perfect place to sit at night by the water and enjoy!!

The view was as advertised and amazing it was clean and confortable

The TV in the extra room was not functioning, we messaged the owner and were told they knew about it. There had been a power outage and that tv was affected. This was a problem bwcuase this was the kids room and they brought their games and wanted to play and grandbaby wanted to watch her shows. The pool near us was not heated. Which was the entire reason for booking this place ( our stay was Spring break the weather was s a little chilly) we were not given a map of the community and none was in our condo. So the mext day we happened to wander by the heated pool this one was up front by what appeared to be another resort. When I messaged the owner she did message back the next morning telling us where the heated pool was. We lost a whole day at the pool though. We had to walk quite a ways to the beach but it was doable.

I loved the modern feel to the condo. Exactly what was viewed in the pictures showcasing the condo, was what was seen in person. The view was amazing. I would definitely recommend.

This property is lovely. The internet was a problem in that the router did not work. There was an extra router in one closet and a local person came by pretty quickly after we notified the owner. They got it up and working. The larger issue was that we did not have hot water in either bathroom for showers or at the sink. The kitchen was not a problem. That made showering uncomfortable but doable. This should be addressed.

The small building housing the condo was undergoing extensive construction. Constant debris flying off the roof. Nothing was marked off to separate construction from us. I have three little children. We felt incredibly unsafe. We weren’t informed that such construction was happening prior to our stay. There were no smoke detectors in the unit, just exposed wiring on the ceilings. There were not an appropriate amount of towels in bathrooms like wash cloths or bath mat towels. Also services were unavailable from the property such as obtaining beach chairs for the week which we wish we would been informed of beforehand. We felt the owner was not transparent about these issues upfront and didn’t respond for several days to our message outlining these problems and that we were leaving the property since it was not as advertised.
