Stunning Beachfront Apartment Near Cocoa Beach Pier

The property was in a great spot. The condo was absolutely perfect. Very clean and provided more than expected.

There wasn’t one thing we didn’t like about the property.

The location was great. Loved the balcony view right onto the beach.

Two things made the stay less than perfect. First, the private gate that allowed access to the beach was broken while we were there. We called and reported it right away but it still hadn't been fixed when we left. We talked to guests in other units so it was definitely not an issue with our key but with the door itself. Luckily there was beach access a short distance away ( overall rating would have been higher if the gate had worked or if the response to the situation had been more than "thanks for your understanding"). The bigger issue for me was the constant hum coming from the garage. It was especially noticeable at night when things were quiet and we were trying to sleep. The rental's in a great location, it's comfortable and has a fantastic view but if you're sensitive to noise it's something to think about.

location is great and the condo was beautiful

Very clean, large rooms and very tastefully decorated. AC was cold, water was hot with great pressure. Location was fantastic and beds were comfortable.

Check out instructions asked that the dishwasher be run, however detergent was not provided. Perhaps it was an oversight on the cleaners. We bought some, not a huge deal and it certainly didn't affect our stay.

Die Lage ist gut. Direkt am Strand

Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Handtücher waren schmutzig. Der Kühlschrank und die Klimaanlage sind recht laut. Die Garage konnte nicht genutzt werden, da die Fernbedienung nicht funktionierte. Auf unsere Reklamation hin wurde versprochen sich sofort darum zu kümmern. Nichts passierte. Beim zweiten Nachfragen, dann die Antwort es könne 2-3 Tage dauern.
