Stunning Beachfront Apartment Near Cocoa Beach Pier

Right on the ocean

The stairs to the walkway to ocean need maintenance. The communication for check in and how, where to go needs more clarification. Chairs for beach and umbrella could use some organizing and a better way to store. The parking spot is small enough with out having all the beach stuff in a pile in front of the parking spot. TV instructions need to be available to turn on.

Great location that was beachfront. Good instructions with check/in and check/out and host accommodated our request for checking out an hour late. Comfortably fit our family of 4. Pool wasn’t working but we were informed few days before and understand this happens. If I knew earlier in March, I would have probably looked for another space. Kitchen was convenient and had bare essentials that were enough for our 2-day stay.

The bedding was atrocious. Worse than in a motel. Master bedroom had white 100% polyester sheets with so much pilling that someone’s hairs were stuck to it. Not what you want to discover for a $300 per night stay. Pillowcases had black skid marks (someone’s eyeliner? Mascara?). Mattress wasn’t too comfortable but we can live with that but not the sheets/bed cover that likely doesn’t get washed between stays and no duvet.

The condo itself was beautiful. Great view of the ocean. Roomy and nicely decorated. Had plenty of towels, soaps, shampoo/conditioner and toothbrushes. Location was central to restaurants, could walk to many places. Secure building. The only problem was construction so the pool was closed but otherwise, great value!

Construction and the central location also meant we were right next to the public beach access. So the beach got very crowded in the afternoon.

The condo was very spacious and roomy. We were right on the beach and within walking distance from several restaurants.

The property manager was very rude and dismissed our concerns. The pool was closed and we were not informed. I had a foot injury and was in a boot so the beach and sand were not feasible for me. When we went to bed the first night and pulled back our blankets, we discovered what looked like blood or urine all over the bed skirt. It looked like a massacre had occurred on that bed skirt. We can't understand how the cleaning people did not see this and if they did why wasn't it changed???? We informed the property manager and booking.com and they both replied with sorry.....feel free to leave a review. After this visit we will NOT be using booking.com again. Very disappointed with their company. For future trips we will be using VRBO or Airbnb.

Great location. Beautiful view of the ocean. Close to restaurants and shops. Nicely renovated condo with a beachy theme.

Building could use an update. No condiments provided.

Nice and roomy space. Clean. Nice views of the ocean from our bedroom and the living room.

It was a perfect spot. The condo was spacious and clean.

The bed in the secret bd room wasn’t comfortable. Need more pillows. Ceiling paint was coming down in the main bedroom. Wish there were some no perishable staples left to cook with.
