Perfect location for attending The Rabbit Hotel for a wedding. I booked this apartment for family friends from USA who were attending my daughter's wedding. They are Air BnB hosts themselves and were very impressed with everything.

Worked well as a location as visiting family in the area. Access to bus facilities into Belfast right outside. Parking was great and secure

Spacious living room and bedrooms

Kitchen dining area a little bit small but decent for a few days stay. Window in sitting room very drafty/ plain to hear road sounds

Everything was exactly as explained in the advert. It was a lovely quiet location. View from bedroom window was a small green space with bird feeders so really peaceful. Emails explaining everything were really good and helpful. The instructions for finding the key and what was required were excellent Cooker was great Heating was good Microwave excellent Washing machine available. Fridge/freezer was a d cent size

A quick note explaining bins would have been helpful. In Scotland our bins are: Blue - landfill waste collected fortnightly Black - newspapers collected monthly alternating with green Brown - garden waste collected fortnightly with blue Green - plastic collected monthly alternating with blqck So I was unsure which bin was to go out
