"Good value for money but there are improvements."

7.0

The facilities was good as had a washing machine and an oven. It was very clean. Plenty of towels. The double bed was comfortable.

It was noisy at night from the high street. The shower was too hot and couldn't cool down. There was no cutlery so we had to eat food out and or by hands. The bottom door didn't lock so anyone could get in if they knew the code. The single bed in the other room was too small and it did my back in.

The decoration and the facilities

There was scaffolding on the terrace so could not open doors all the way and was awkward to sit out. There was a smell in the bedroom with double bed near window like cheese. It was there the whole stay.

"Perfect base for exploring Isle of Wight"

10.0

Loved this apartment, it was super comfortable, stylish and clean and the perfect location as it was right next to all the shops and restaurants with a bus stop right outside and the train station and ferries down the road. The company were brilliant with communication and super friendly and we'd definitely return. Loved having the dishwasher and being able to eat in as well as out.

Only a small thing but you can't open the windows in the bedroom and it was a hot weekend when we stayed. Might be helpful to have a fan to address this going forward but I think it would be super cosy in winter and there was a lot of air flow in the kitchen/living room
