The host was nice and let us do a late check out. The location was great, and the apartment was very comfortable.

Wasn’t that clean, a lot of mosquitoes. The pillows were not that comfortable…

The building and the apartment are really unique and well designed. Definitely fits families needs. Great location!!! And the owner is really kind and helpful.

Location is awesome, great coffee place and a convenience store right across the street, half on hour walk to the beach. Wanna party? Florentine is right nearby! Got stuff to do? Light rail and a lot of bus stations are a couple minutes away. Fancy a walk on Rotschild Boulevard to Neve Tzedek? It's all right around the corner. Restaurants are great and plentiful. The street itself is very quiet. The flat itself is mostly fine. Design is ok. Everything's working, mostly. Bed is ok.

So there're photos for a lot of different apartments on different floors. Ours was on the first and it wasn't good. It was really noisy, you can hear the front door really well, the walls are shaking every time it shuts. Probably could be fixed by adjusting or replacing the door closer. It's really dark with blinds closed and everybody can see you with blinds open, could really use some curtains. A lot of light bulbs don't work and need changing. Main door handle is coming undone. The bathroom is dirty and really mouldy. WiFi is also pretty bad, sometimes not even good enough to stream basic YouTube, we both had trouble working, resorted to phone hotspots and going out. The table is either too low for the chairs or the chairs are too high for table, very uncomfortable. Overall impression is rather uninviting and unkempt. It's not bad, just need some cleaning and maintenance from someone who actually cares.

The location is excellent, modern apartment with cute balcony, very comfortable.

The two biggest let down in what could otherwise have been a wonderful experience was the fact that the apartment was very dirty, we asked for a cleaning but received only a set of new towels. The other thing to consider is that this apartment is not a “totally new apartment” as suggested on the booking page. It is fairly tired imo. So manage your expectations accordingly.

It was my best experience in Tel Aviv. The host was just amazing! Very easy and fast communication, all my requests were satisfied, even about a late check out. The apartment itself is just perfect. Brand new, very clean, there is everything you need for staying during your trip. Perfect location in the heart of Tel Aviv in a newly renovated building, next to everything you need (bus stops, parkings, shops, cafes and restaurants) and at the same time located on a not noisy street. I would definitely stay there my next time (if the apartment will be available).

There is nothing that I don’t like. I liked everything.
