Freedom Apartment in Portofino by Wonderful Italy

Location, completely new renovated, modern bathrooms and kitchen

Main bathroom suddenly smells seriously - unbearable. Building is still renovated outside (but no works over the weekend, so our stay was not effected by this).

Lovely big rooms in a period property, we stayed two nights and had a car. Parking is difficult so had to park in under ground car park opposite at €45 a day, property was 60% covered in scaffold but no work noise to disturb.

1)Innanzitutto le impalcature sul palazzo che hanno oscurato la finestra più grande della sala… Bisogna avvisare il cliente!!! Consiglio di verificare in futuro che non ci siano più . 2) La ragazza incaricata non ha risposto al telefono : prima della partenza , dicendomi che non poteva parlare ( ??) , il giorno dell’arrivo ( ho dovuto contattare l’agenzia responsabile) e neppure durante il soggiorno. Ma non e’ il suo lavoro quello di dare assistenza? 3) L’appartamento e’ ristrutturato ( anche se molto basic) , ma l’ambiente fuori ( le scale in particolare) un disastro..

The location is great with direct access to Portofino’s marina and a beautiful view of the landscape. The apartment itself is newly renovated, spacious and tastefully furnished with an Italian touch. Our host was very helpful and quick to respond to our requests.

We werent aware that there wasnt an elevator which was difficult with our luggage. (But our host still helped us with this!)
