Governors Suites Hotel Oklahoma City Airport Area

Very old hotel that really needs a good refurbish. The room was reasonable, breakfast was ok but definitely no more than that. I got there with two very big luggages and nobody offered to help me get them to the room.

The location was nice. A lot of restaurants, so you don't have to go far

Very convenient location with a quick drive to the airport and plenty of restaurant options nearby. Spacious room.

We were charged a fee just to check in an hour and 45 minutes early (the hotel was not packed and room was ready). The pool could have used a skimming, and we had to ask for it to be unlocked. Bathroom was outdated and not as clean as it could be (very dusty vents). Tiny fridge.

The breakfast was actually good. Typical continental breakfast but they did a good job!

I don't have any complaints. It was a really nice well kept hotel. The staff were really friendly and very helpful!

Tv channels, tv, room, lights, the few plants they had, skylight, and automattic doors.

The owner, he said the lights would come on automattically but they didn't, he had to turn the lights on himself, he didn't turn all the lights on, the breakfast was not a good selection, hot tub was partially broken because they didn't have the jet covers to make the jets work properly (this is a very common thing I see in many hotels, even though the covers are cheap), need more plants, electrical sockets need to be replaced, sauna took a long time to turn on, sauna didn't work as good as it should, elevator was very old and janky, building is very old and seems as if it will fall down at any moment, the first floor door in a stairwell was locked, owner is a very nosey Indian, key cards didn't work how they should normally work, but I was able to make them work, no music was playing, I had to turn on the tv myself during breakfast, and someone turned the tv to stupid weather later on, which should not be on in a lobby or breakfast area!!!

The bed was comfortable

The staff, the smell ,the room being hot and ac not working properly, the breakfast was so bad. Eggs and sausage that you could literally squeeze water out of, biscuits hard as a rock gravy was white water with pepper flakes in it.
