"A conveniently located, well-equipped apartment good for business travel"

Self-contained check-in because the keys were kept in a lock box, which meant my arrival time did not impact anyone else. The location was very good -not far from plenty of local shops, Clifton Down and the Suspension Bridge. Plenty of room in the apartment, the facilities were good and the kitchen well equipped.

Stone floors throughout with a mat in the kitchen and only a very tiny rug in the studio bedroom/living room. It's nice to be able to remove outdoor shoes on 'coming home', but the stone floors made this uncomfortable and a bit grubby for socks. There were periods of noise from the upstairs apartment although they didn't last very long.

Perfect little place to stay, away from the main coty centre, very clean.

Parking was an issue, but found an overnight car park at Clifton Station car park.

Location and style of property

The fact the agency took a £150 deposit for a two night stay. This seems excessive and meant I did not enjoy my stay as much as I would have done had I stayed at a local hotel. I also didn’t appreciate the bossy messages about leaving on time and being threatened with having to pay £15 an hour if I stayed over. We are respectful guests and I felt we were treated as potential hooligans. On top of this there was only one wine glass and that was cracked!

A little cold when I arrived and the door took a little while to figure out locking, (make sure the lock cover on the outside isn't in the door jam) The place was clean and spacious and well appointed. The location is great and parking wasn't too bad (it's street parking, I got there after 5pm which made parking overnight free.) I would definitely use again and recommend to others.
